Clement
ClementDecisions · Opportunity · Innovation
I joined because of my parents, but I stayed because learning and growing with friends became meaningful to me. ProMizzion gave me real opportunities to work with others and discover what I could contribute. My current mission is to foster startup culture in Malaysia. I want young people to grab opportunities, aim higher and stay humble as they enter a bigger world.

Joyce Chu
Joyce ChuLife direction · Creative leadership
Being known as the smart student made failure and judgement difficult for me. This journey pushed me beyond academics into leadership, communication and finding my own direction. I later changed my degree from pharmacy to mass communication and grew from creating videos and art into guiding others in the creative field. I am grateful I persisted and chose work connected to my passion and purpose.

YvonneSelf-discovery · Finding her why
As an introvert, even a 30-second speech took all my courage. I was proud that I held the microphone and took that first step. Later, when I still felt lost about my direction, exploration helped me discover my wish to support people through health and education. With greater confidence and soft skills, I shared that purpose in a scholarship interview for my chiropractic degree. Finding your path takes time, but an open heart helps you find your why.

Yun Hui
Yun HuiPersistence · Inner strength
I failed several camps more than once and learned at a slower pace, yet my parents kept walking beside me. Their determination helped me build the inner strength to achieve results I once thought were impossible and continue towards medicine. Looking back, those moments were not simply failures; they were feedback that helped me become better. Your journey may take longer than someone else's, but never doubt how far your abilities can grow.

JyingConfidence · Living in the present
I began as an extremely shy and introverted 10-year-old. When the friend I depended on left, continuing alone became one of the best decisions I made. Opportunities such as leading Teen Talk taught me lessons a classroom could not and helped me grow from someone who struggled to speak with strangers into someone who can express herself confidently. I learned to focus on the present, value each opportunity and celebrate progress.

There were times when balancing the programme with school felt overwhelming, but I am grateful I did not quit. Speaking on stage and working through challenges strengthened skills that later became valuable in presentations, meetings and group discussions. I now want to help teenagers express their lives through visual storytelling. Feeling lost or stressed is not a reason to run away; acknowledging it, reflecting and stepping beyond your comfort zone can reveal the destination ahead.
